Elena Collins

Elena Collins is the bestselling author of dual-timeline historical fiction in which a tragedy or mystery of the past is uncovered and resolved by someone in the present day connected with the long-dead victim of injustice or persecution, and who helps them to find the peace so long awaited. 

Settings range from the Scottish highlands and islands to the Cornish coast, and historical periods ranging from the Roman occupation of Britain to the English Civil War. The Wicked Lady, which tells the story of a real-life 17th-century highwaywoman, was joint winner of the 2025 RNA Historical Romantic Novel Awards.
