The Agency

Keane Kataria Literary Agency represents authors of commercial fiction and non-fiction, with a strong focus on commercial women’s fiction (including saga and historical) and crime fiction.

The agency was founded in 2014 by Sara Keane (R) and Kiran Kataria (L) and is based in the beautiful World Heritage city of Bath. 

Kiran and Sara each had multi-faceted professional backgrounds in publishing before founding the agency, and they bring this wealth of experience to their curated and hands-on approach to developing their authors' careers.  This approach has contributed to the success of million-copy-selling authors such as Judy Leigh, Lucy Coleman and Beth Moran.

Kiran was shortlisted for the RNA's Agent of the Year Award 2025.
